This privacy policy applies to the Floppy Pixel app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mustafa Aljaburi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application itself does not require registration and does not directly collect personally identifiable information from you. Game preferences such as high scores, sound settings, and game progress are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.
However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These third-party services include:
Unity Ads (Advertising)
The Application displays advertisements provided by Unity Ads, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Unity Ads may collect and process certain data including:
Before Unity Ads collects your Advertising Identifier, the Application will display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking for your permission. If you decline, Unity Ads will serve contextual (non-personalized) ads and will not access your Advertising Identifier. Rewarded Video Ads
The Application offers an optional "Watch Ad to Continue" feature, which allows you to watch a rewarded video advertisement in exchange for continuing gameplay after a game over. Watching these ads is entirely voluntary. The same data collection practices described above for Unity Ads apply to rewarded video ads.
Apple Game Center
The Application integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. When you use Game Center, Apple may collect your Game Center player ID, scores, and achievement data. This data is handled by Apple according to Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/privacy/.
Apple StoreKit (In-App Purchases)
The Application offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. The Service Provider does not collect or have access to your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You will be prompted to allow or deny tracking when you first use the Application. If you allow tracking, Unity Ads may use your Advertising Identifier to deliver personalized ads. If you deny tracking, only contextual (non-personalized) ads will be shown. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (maljaburi@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Application does not directly collect personal data, so there is minimal risk from the Application itself. However, third-party services integrated within the Application (such as Unity Ads and Apple Game Center) employ their own security measures to protect any data they collect. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
